Paddle handles tax and invoices in your currency where supported. Monthly plans renew every 30 days from the day you subscribe; yearly plans renew annually. Cancel anytime from the Paddle receipt or by emailing support. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then falls back to Free. First charge covered by a 7-day refund when under 50% of the plan's tasks were used. ## FAQ **What counts as a task?** One task is one call to a PaidHelm tool: one report query, one audit, one budget change, one campaign creation. A conversation usually uses two to five tasks. Reading the tool list or asking about your plan does not count. **What happens when I reach my monthly quota?** The assistant tells you how many tasks you have left and, when you reach the limit, gives you a personal upgrade link. You can also stay on your plan and wait for the next cycle; nothing is deleted and your connection remains. **Can I change plans mid-cycle?** Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and your new quota starts right away. Downgrades apply at the end of the current cycle. **Is there a refund?** Yes: 7 days after your first charge, as long as you used less than half of the plan's monthly tasks. Details in our refund policy. **Do I need my own Google Ads developer token?** No. PaidHelm uses its own approved access to the Google Ads API. You only need a Google account with access to the Google Ads accounts you want to manage. **Do you offer agency or team plans?** Max covers most agencies managing multiple client accounts, since one subscription can authorize any number of Google Ads accounts under the same Google login.
