Plans, tasks and quotas
How PaidHelm counts tasks, what the Free, Plus, Pro and Max plans include, what happens at the quota, how upgrade_plan creates a checkout link inside the chat, and how billing cycles work.
What is a task
A task is one call to any PaidHelm tool: one report, one audit query, one change, one campaign creation step. plan_usage and upgrade_plan are free. Conversations typically use two to five tasks; a full campaign build uses eight to twelve.
Plans
| Plan | Tasks / month | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 30 | $0 |
| Plus | 300 | $49/mo or $490/yr |
| Pro | 1,500 | $99/mo or $990/yr |
| Max | 6,000 | $199/mo or $1,990/yr |
Cycle
Your cycle starts the day you create the account (Free) or the day you subscribe (paid) and renews every 30 days, or yearly for annual plans. The counter resets at renewal.
Reaching the quota
The assistant warns you at 80% and 100%. At 100% every tool returns a short message with your renewal date and a personal upgrade link. Nothing else changes: your connection, accounts and history stay intact.
Upgrading from the chat
upgrade_plan creates a Paddle checkout pre-filled with your email and returns the link. After payment, Paddle notifies PaidHelm and your plan and quota update within seconds; no reconnection needed. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period.
Cancelling
Use the link in your Paddle receipt email or write to [email protected]. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then falls back to Free. See the refund policy for the 7-day guarantee on the first charge.
